Account verification

Verify your applicant account

Enter the verification code sent through the selected channel. Verification activates sign-in only; admissions review remains staff-controlled.

Public applicant registration creates an applicant account only. It does not create enrollment, verify eligibility, or approve TESDA/T2MIS workflow outcomes.

Code lifetime

Codes expire after 30 minutes. Use the latest delivery only.

Attempt limit

After 5 failed attempts, admissions staff support is required. This public page shows the policy limit instead of account-specific remaining attempts to avoid account enumeration.

Verification

The code expires and too many failed attempts require admissions staff support.

Don't see the code in your inbox?

Check your Spam or Junk folder — messages from a new sender sometimes land there. If you find the code, open it and tap “Report not spam” (or “Not junk”) so future codes arrive straight in your inbox.

Need a new code?

You can request a replacement code. The request is rate-limited and does not reveal whether an account exists.

For privacy, the response is generic. If the account is eligible and within rate limits, the new code is sent to the original registered channel.

Recovery checklist

  • Use the latest verification code sent to your selected email or mobile channel.
  • If the code expired or too many attempts were used, request a new code below or contact admissions staff for identity-checked support.
  • Verification activates sign-in only; admissions review, document acceptance, Ready for Enrollment, and enrollment remain staff-controlled.

Verification is not admission approval

A verified account can sign in and continue applicant self-service. Staff still control document review, eligibility, Registrar/T2MIS verification, Ready for Enrollment, and official enrollment.
